Villa Paragon is a spectacular landmark property in the heart of Chora! The 380 sqm house has been fully renovated with respect and knowledge of the local heritage and history. The house dates back to 1788.

The owners of the house, a well known Greek architect and his wife created an environment of exquisite melding of a modern, clean aesthetic with the traditional elements of the local architecture. Arches, dove grey colours, local stone, terracotta, wooden floors, white Greek marble all blend together in this luxurious and most comfortable family house. The final delight is the roof terrace with 360 degree panoramic views taking in the Monastery and the port below.

The interiors of the house are a visual delight, combining family heirlooms, unique antiques, designer furniture and lighting and an art collection of contemporary Greek artists specially curated for this house. The owners worked closely with local artisans, carpenters, and marble craftsmen to restore the house. Their dream was to create an environment of understated luxury and comfort with full respect to the local history and heritage.

Walking up to the top floor is a large balcony with a view of Chora, a large living room with a bespoke six meter sofa, a designated space to watch TV, a smaller living area ideal as a study room that leads to the front balcony.
