Level 0: Main House, pool, outdoor kitchen, outdoor seating area, and a shaded pergola. The ground floor of the main house comprises the kitchen, living room, cellar with 2 large fridges, laundry room, guest toilet, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a private terrace.
First Floor: Features the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private terrace.
Level -1: Accessible by stairs, this level includes 2 separate bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private terrace.
Level -2: Contains a garden accessible by two different stairways (one on each side of the main house), suitable for use as a playground or yoga area.
