Hand built in stone with many traditional elements it flirts with modern design and fittings to create the perfect blend of two disparate architectural trends.
The main part of the Villa is all stone built housing the living dining and master bedroom areas whilst the second bedroom towards the end of the main Villa is brick laid and plastered to engage with the stone elements in satisfying harmony.
Its outdoors on a large plot is surrounded by royal oak trees where a pleasant lap pool has been built to enjoy and absorb the rich flora. Next to the pool is the independent studio, sitting area and fireplace with its separate bathroom and kitchenette,
Under the studio there is an extra small room mostly for children with a large single bed.
The isolated sandy beach of Tilegrafos is a 15 minute drive but a very good 4×4 is recommended.
