The Olive Mill next to the residence has been carefully restored by the owners providing a rare example of surviving Kefalonian 19th century architecture. The Estate is covered in 400 year old olive trees together with cypress and indigenous trees creating a truly magnificent Mediterranean landscape.
The Manor House is built on two floors with wonderful manicured gardens to relax in next to the Tuscan style pool. Being only 12 km from Cephalonia’s capital Argostoli and 900 meters from the sea makes the location private but yet close to all the desired amenities.
With an in house cook of high standards being a feature of the 5 star service endowed to the Estate by the owners, enriches Villa Alissia with the making of a culinary and wine destination.
