The renovated villa Anthea is located on a hillside in the residential area of Exambela close to Apollonia, offering panoramic views of the island’s whitewashed villages such as Kastro and the Aegean Sea. It is surrounded by a landscaped garden with pine trees providing shaded outdoor areas.
The interiors feature wooden floors and ceilings, kilims, a mix of contemporary furniture, antiques, Greek folk objects, and varied selected artworks defining Villa Anthea’s character. The villa includes a living area with fireplace, a traditional-style kitchen with a large dining table, and outdoor terraces with multiple seating areas.
Facilities include a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, outdoor lounge areas and a massage room. A small Orthodox church is also located on the property for private ceremonies.
The villa is about a 15 minute walk to Apollonia and 10–15 minutes from several beaches. It accommodates up to 14 guests in 7 air-conditioned en-suite double bedrooms, with an optional mezzanine space for 2 additional guests upon request.
