Natural materials were used in its construction, stone , marble and wood. The pool at a lower level just a few steps away from the front terrace is set apart offering a sense of privacy and tranquility to guests. The large lower terrace next to the pool is an ideal space for exercise and yoga. The villa has been decorated with interesting art, sculpture and furniture.
