Built on a terraced hillside and consisting of the main villa, an independent guest studio and a garden guest house, the villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms.
Upon entry, one finds the independent guest house composed of an en-suite bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet and a cozy living room that exits to the pool terrace. The guest house can host 2 adults.
The pool terrace is the perfect spot to unwind in privacy and enjoy the warm sun. The infinity pool is private and offers the best sea view, so prepare to laze by it and take millions of photos. For those who like to unwind in the shade, a cozy corner under the pergola and a drink at the bar is ideal. The location of the villa is totally wind-protected, so be prepared to spend all your time outdoors.
Across the pool terrace and the shaded outdoor dining area, guests are welcomed into the main villa, which has just been fully renovated to the highest standard, with bespoke furniture and elements. This offers a spacious and stylish living room and an open-plan kitchen that together with the auxiliary bathroom are situated on this level.
The living room exits to a large veranda with an additional dining/lounging area that can comfortably accommodate a large group of guests. A staircase leads up to the bedroom level of the main villa, where three en suite bedrooms with double beds are located. The master bedroom overlooks Psarou beach and Nammos Restaurant, and the other two the vibrant pool and the garden/outdoor area. All three rooms exit to a veranda that offers a splendid view of the Aegean Sea, Psarou beach and Islands at a distance.
Adjacent to the main villa and with an exit to the pool terrace is an independent guest studio en-suite with a double bed and 2 built-in sofa beds, suitable as a family room or for a group of friends.
