The property consists of two independent private villas. Both villas can accommodate a total of 14 guests in 7 bedrooms and offer a vast variety of amenities.
In the main villa, there is a large living room with a stunning view of The Ionian sea. It opens out into a completely furnished modern kitchen and an airy, light dining room. In this area a sense of freedom has been created with an emphasis on the immediate proximity to the sea. A large terrace with a glass enclosure runs around and also connects the two bedrooms.
One bedroom has a direct exit to the pool, ideal for a midnight buzz. Villa Melina is furnished in a modern style but still comfortable, to create a feel-good atmosphere in both villas.
The second smaller villa is slightly elevated and enjoys a great view of the pool and the garden from the living area.
On the first floor, the view is spectacular. It extends over the garden, the pool, and the barbecue area to far over the sea. On a large covered terrace, there is also an original Brunswick billiard table.
The Villa has 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms a large living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen. It has a charming mix of modern and antique furniture. In the whole garden area, there are various terraces, hidden and open favorite places to be discovered. All the terraces and paths have been decorated with local stone.
